We have made another senior appointment to our rapidly expanding team.
Cheryl Green, from Liverpool, is joining the company as Head of Learning and Development-Innovation and will develop, implement and oversee relationships with global blue chip businesses whilst helping to drive forward Silverback’s next phase of global growth plans, with a particular focus on senior leadership development, organisational design, training partnerships and helping companies to develop their existing talent.
Cheryl formerly worked in talent development for large companies such as Estee Lauder, Vodafone and the Shop Direct Group.
Ms Green will report to Neil Gutteridge, Director of Silverback, who said:
“Cheryl is an expert in talent retention and development and management and she brings with her a wealth of knowledge that will allow us to be really innovative, both as a company and as trainer.
“I’m really pleased that our success allows us to recruit genuine specialists drawn from industry and I can’t wait to see where we go from here.”
