The company established numerous centres across the North West and manages large blue-chip training contracts in London and Derby, with an employee base of almost 300 people across the UK.
Following on from this, it was decided that the leadership and management training arm really had its own unique clients and style. We decided to create a brand that would clarify and position our key services in the marketplace. Silverback was formed, focussed on senior leadership training, organisational strategy development and helping organisations harness talent.
